How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Junior Consultant within Impacta Strategy's Digital Practice, you will contribute to digital transformation projects that help organizations leverage AI, data, automation, and digital technologies to create tangible business value. Working alongside experienced consultants and clients, you will combine analytical thinking with digital capabilities to address complex business challenges.

Throughout each project, you will support the design of AI and automation initiatives, analyze business processes and data, identify high-value digital use cases, and help translate technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also contribute to the development of dashboards, prototypes, and other practical tools that support client decision-making and implementation.

As part of a fast-growing Digital Practice, you will help build reusable methodologies, tools, and intellectual capital while developing your consulting and digital capabilities through close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

You will be based in our Milan office, working across multiple industries and supporting clients on their most critical digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

What We Look For 

• Master's degree with an outstanding academic record.
• 1-4 years of experience in digital transformation, data and analytics, AI, automation, product or technology consulting, business consulting, or a related field.
• Good understanding of at least one digital domain, such as AI, data platforms, analytics, automation, cloud technologies, or workflow tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, no-code automation platforms, or AI solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business challenges and translate technical concepts into practical business recommendations.
• Experience supporting AI, data, automation, dashboarding, or digital product initiatives is considered a plus.
• Exposure to business processes such as sales, pricing, customer care, supply chain, procurement, finance, HR, or operations is highly valued.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and developing simple prototypes or proof-of-concepts is an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
