In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through new client acquisition. You will manage the full sales cycle โ€” from prospecting to closing โ€” working closely with Sales Specialists and internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions via calls and emails.

You will join an experienced, collaborative team with a positive, hands-on attitude and a strong focus on results.

New Business Development

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated markets.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Design and execute acquisition strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospects and clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close deals effectively.
  • Continuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company.

Requirements

  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, primarily focused on SMBs.
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation software.
  • Familiarity with inbound or content-driven sales methodologies.
  • Valid EU work permit is a must.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS environments, especially e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutions.
  • Background in fast-growing tech companies or high-growth contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Doofinder) or digital retail solutions.
  • Expertise in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Sales experience in the relevant market is highly valued
