Finance Associate (Accounting)

We are looking for an exceptional Finance Associate who will focus on our accounting-related activities, processes, and projects. This role will own core reporting, reconciliations, and controls across multiple entities, and expected to connect the detail to the bigger picture, along with flagging issues, driving resolution, and coordinating across teams. This is not a support role; it's an ownership one. With this, you will work directly with Finance Managers and have exposure to work with the Finance Director and VP of Finance, supporting ad hoc analysis, process improvements, and key finance projects.

Responsibilities

1. Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, reconciliations, and processes on accounting.
2. Produce monthly working papers which are audit ready.
3. Prepare and consolidate financial statements across entities.
4. Monitor regulatory and tax compliance.
5. Lead ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
6. Coordinate with auditors and other external partners.

Requirements

• Finance or Accounting degree
• 1–3 years in accounting, financial reporting, or audit
• Proficient in Excel
• High attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable owning processes end-to-end
• Team first attitude
• Self motivated
• Loves working with numbers

Nice to have:

• CPA or actively pursuing
• SAP or similar ERP experience
• Multi-entity or multi-currency exposure

Benefits

• Monthly base salary: PHP 40,000-42,000 depending on experience
