About the Role
Our client is a global investment organization managing a diversified portfolio across financial services, life sciences, healthcare, digital health, real estate, and infrastructure. Their technology team supports a highly secure, international environment where reliability, scalability, and operational excellence are critical to business success.
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a global enterprise network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting secure, high-performance networking solutions across on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring the availability, resilience, and security of mission-critical systems.

NOTES: Fluent French and English are mandatory. Participation in an on-call rotation is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Cisco/HPE enterprise networks, Fortinet security infrastructure, and Azure cloud networking across multiple international locations.
- Lead the evolution of hybrid network architectures spanning on-premises data centers and cloud environments
- Manage the lifecycle of network infrastructure, including capacity planning, hardware refreshes, and disaster recovery
- Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and secure network services
- Provide 3rd-line technical support for complex networking incidents
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to improve network performance and security
- Manage relationships with telecommunications providers and external technology partners
- Ensure network monitoring, availability, and compliance with operational standards
- Contribute to infrastructure projects, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support business-critical systems
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering
- Proven expertise with Cisco and/or HPE Aruba enterprise networking solutions
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls and network security technologies
- Experience designing and supporting Microsoft Azure networking environments
- Strong expertise in routing, switching, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPNs, and network security
- Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise network infrastructures
- Professional networking certification (CCNP, JNCIP, Aruba, or equivalent)
- Fluent French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced networking certifications (CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent)
- Experience within financial services or highly regulated industries
- Experience with network automation and infrastructure-as-code
- Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and observability platforms
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
