RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recording daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, in the accounting system
  • Reconciling bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Maintaining general ledger accounts and ensuring all entries are properly classified and documented
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment scheduling
  • Conducting regular audit trails and internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Supporting tax preparation and compliance requirements by maintaining organized financial documentation
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive financial information and adhering to data security protocols

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in Bookkeeper/Accountant  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Applications 
  • Keen attention to details and strong analytical skills 
  • Can work on-site 6 days/week in Caloocan City 
  • Can communicate effectively and efficiently 
  • ERP System experience preferred but not required
