Job Description

As our Senior Procurement Category Manager, you’ll be a sharp, commercially driven professional able to own the Facility Management and Operations categories and deliver real value across our expanding portfolio.

Sitting at the intersection of procurement strategy and operational excellence, you'll be a trusted business partner to our Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal teams driving category strategies, managing complex supplier relationships, and helping underpin our 100% uptime commitment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing category strategies across Facility Management and Operations
  • Leading sourcing events and negotiating contracts with equipment and service providers
  • Managing the full contract lifecycle including renewals, variations and dispute resolution
  • Driving supplier performance through structured reviews and acting as the key escalation point
  • Conducting spend analysis, market benchmarking and demand forecasting
  • Maintaining category plans aligned to site expansion and new data centre build pipelines

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years' procurement experience across Capex, Opex and MRO categories
  • Proven track record delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements and commercial outcomes
  • Experience managing end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and complex contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of critical environments (data centres highly regarded), including electrical, mechanical and facility management categories
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into procurement strategy
  • Understanding of EHS frameworks and contractor compliance obligations
