What You'll Do:

You'll own the customer relationship from onboarding to expansion through renewal and have real influence over how Pathways delivers for the people we serve. This is a high-ownership role with a large impact for our customers and our product.

  • Own the relationship: Post-sale success and project management for our customers - onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.

  • Keep delivery moving: Manage multiple projects at once, tracking milestones, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track.

  • Drive customer success: Build and execute success plans aligned with customer goals and Pathways' product capabilities.

  • Shape the product: Work closely with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

  • Stay ahead of risk: Track customer health, usage, and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities early.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Customer Success or Project Management.

  • Project management: You keep complex workstreams organized and moving without losing the thread.

  • Technical fluency: You can grasp and communicate technical concepts without needing to be the expert.

  • AI-enabled: You use AI tools in your daily workflow to stay organized, efficient, and ahead of problems.

  • High-agency mindset: You're action-oriented, comfortable making calls, and motivated by ownership.

  • Industry knowledge: Built environment, construction, or concrete sector experience is a big plus.

  • Mission-driven: Decarbonizing the built environment is part of why you want this role

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base + equity

  • Benefits: Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

This is an in-person, 4-day/week in the office role located in New York City.
