Position Summary

The Senior HR Manager will provide comprehensive human resources support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR operations and delivering high-quality service to staff. The successful candidate will work to support recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation in accordance with Institute's policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including vacancy announcements, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
  • Support staff with HR-related inquiries and administrative processes.
  • Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and personnel records.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and staffing updates.
  • Coordinate performance management (KPI) and annual evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate employee training and professional development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
  • Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Budget planning and monitoring (wage fund, medical insurance, professional development, business trips and other HR related budget items)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of HR principles and employment practices.
  • Experience working with HR information systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English, Kazakh and Russian.
