Position Summary
The Senior HR Manager will provide comprehensive human resources support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring efficient HR operations and delivering high-quality service to staff. The successful candidate will work to support recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation in accordance with Institute's policies and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including vacancy announcements, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates.
- Support staff with HR-related inquiries and administrative processes.
- Monitor probation periods, contract renewals, and personnel records.
- Coordinate onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and staffing updates.
- Coordinate performance management (KPI) and annual evaluation processes.
- Coordinate employee training and professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
- Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and special projects.
- Budget planning and monitoring (wage fund, medical insurance, professional development, business trips and other HR related budget items)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR principles and employment practices.
- Experience working with HR information systems is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Professional proficiency in English, Kazakh and Russian.
