Job Description
As a Business Process Analyst (RD), you will be part of the Reference Data Innovation team focused on automation, product design, testing, and rollout of new solutions. This role is ideal for associates who want to grow beyond BAU operations and gain exposure to new technologies, product lifecycle management, and global projects.
You will work in a dynamic, multinational environment, collaborating with Data Operations, Global Operations Transformation, and Build teams—including development and ML research. You will translate business needs into product requirements, support product design, and ensure end‑to‑end implementation quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze opportunities for automation in RD, input, and production processes.
- Act as the link between Global Ops Transformation, Data Ops, and Build/ML teams to ensure accurate requirement design.
- Translate needs into user stories, epics, and roadmap inputs.
- Participate in UX‑centered product design activities.
- Support UAT, PoC, and MVP testing with Build teams.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Become a subject-matter expert on assigned RD products and tools.
- Ensure product solutions meet requirements and functional expectations.
- Perform gap analysis, testing, and results reporting across global teams.
- Manage project scope, timelines, communications, and quality.
- Create and maintain project work plans and adjust to changing priorities.
- Facilitate project meetings, including senior steering group updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations (Input, RD, CI/Output).
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end operations lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- In‑depth knowledge of RD tools and platforms (e.g., taxonomies, metadata platforms, category structures).
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python; experience with programming is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to own tasks, drive progress, and problem‑solve independently.
- Comfortable working in an environment with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
- High learning agility and willingness to explore new methodologies and technologies.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) is an advantage.
- Experience in automation or digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
