About the Role

Join an AI-powered B2B SaaS company operating in the construction industry as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the DACH region. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and building long-term partnerships. What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospects that match the ideal customer profile within the DACH region

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads

  • Communicate the value of an AI-powered revenue engineering platform to construction industry stakeholders

  • Manage and track leads and pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account executives and marketing to refine outreach strategies

  • Build relationships that lay the foundation for long-term customer partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) — essential for engaging DACH prospects effectively

  • Business-level English proficiency

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams

  • Located in Germany (Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg) or willing to relocate

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 USD annually

  • Visa sponsorship is available

This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg are encouraged to apply.
