About the Role
Join an AI-powered B2B SaaS company operating in the construction industry as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the DACH region. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth and building long-term partnerships. What You'll Do
Proactively identify and engage prospects that match the ideal customer profile within the DACH region
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads
Communicate the value of an AI-powered revenue engineering platform to construction industry stakeholders
Manage and track leads and pipeline activity using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Collaborate cross-functionally with account executives and marketing to refine outreach strategies
Build relationships that lay the foundation for long-term customer partnerships
What We're Looking For
Fluent German (C1/C2) — essential for engaging DACH prospects effectively
Business-level English proficiency
0–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Located in Germany (Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg) or willing to relocate
Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 USD annually
