Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Delivery team and support the successful execution of new project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience working in customer-focused environments.

This role requires a proactive professional capable of gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping business processes, and translating business needs into functional solutions while working under Agile methodologies within the FINTECH industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and business priorities.
• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and update project documentation, including business requirements, process maps, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support project delivery and business objectives.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Support project execution while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and FINTECH business requirements.
