As Field Marketing & Events Manager you'd own these rooms end to end: plan and design events, fill them with relevant people, host them, and drive the follow-up that turns conversations into business opportunities.

Who you are

• You have taste. You have a sharp sense of what feels premium and worth attending, and you can produce that feeling.

• You can take a high-level idea and make it real. Hand you "an executive dinner for insurance leaders" and you come back with the room booked, the right people coming, and a follow-up plan. You don't wait on others to get things done.

• You're organized under pressure. Many moving parts, senior guests, real money - things don't get dropped.

• You're comfortable hosting and on stage. You easily connect with people and can get up in front of audiences, representing a brand well.

• You think commercially. You care who's in the room, why they came, and what pipeline it creates - events are a GTM channel to you, not logistics.

• You're genuinely AI-native. You draft, build decks, and run research with AI by default, and ship without waiting on design or content to unblock you.

• You're willing to travel. Trade shows, new markets - you're happy to go where we can bring the most value.

Nice to have

• B2B SaaS field marketing, executive events, or community building experience - ideally in CX, IT, banking, fintech, insurance, retail, or logistics

• A track record of building repeatable event playbooks and working closely with SDRs and Sales
