Senior BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Align dashboards with updated logic and definitions; ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
• Provide weekly KPI commentary and explain business performance trends to stakeholders.
• Audit, consolidate, and streamline dashboards to improve reliability and reduce redundancy.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover insights that drive measurable business impact.
• Build reusable Snowflake models and automate key dashboards and business review reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance drivers and share actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau; experience with Snowflake or Python preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, dashboard design, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on driving outcomes.
• Experience or passion for the gaming industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (preferred, not required).
