We are looking for a VIP Specialist to join Super, responsible for delivering an exceptional, personalised experience to VIP clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, efficiency, and care. This role combines relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and client engagement to foster loyalty and satisfaction among key customers.
What the role involves
- Manage and monitor VIP client activity, collaborating closely with the VIP Manager to enhance engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction
- Design and deliver personalised campaigns, bonuses, and gifts tailored to VIP preferences
- Organise and coordinate client-facing events, meetings, and other engagement initiatives
- Collect and analyse customer feedback on services, campaigns, promotions, and product functionalities to inform continuous improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders, leveraging negotiation skills and high-level professional communication
- Demonstrate availability and flexibility, including weekends, bringing genuine passion for sports and an active lifestyle into client interactions
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with key B2B and/or B2C clients
- Experience organising and managing client-facing events and meetings
- Flexible availability, including weekends, and willingness to participate in multi-day assignments including international travel
- Genuine interest in sports and an active lifestyle, with the ability to leverage this in client interactions and events
- Exceptional composure and ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging or demanding clients, including in face-to-face settings
- Native Polish speaker with at least a basic command of English
- Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence
- Solid negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including external clients and internal teams
- High level of professionalism, openness, empathy, and positive energy in all client and stakeholder interactions
- A results-oriented, self-motivated approach with a proactive mindset and drive to achieve goals
- A collaborative working style with a strong team orientation
Nice to have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online gambling
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer success platforms
