As an Insights Program Manager supporting the Talent Solutions business, you will leverage one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world. You will work with a high‑caliber, passionate team to lead high‑impact projects and scale data‑driven insights that enable our sales teams to unlock customer value. In this role, you will take our existing tools, dive deep on how we can automate, optimize, and improve them further, resolve end‑user challenges, and ensure that our internal tools are used effectively and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Use LinkedIn’s proprietary data to shape and enhance insights-driven tools that help address key business challenges and support sales outcomes.
- Develop, refine, and perform‑tune SQL/Presto/Spark logic to extract, validate, and prepare large datasets, and use Tableau or similar tools to deliver intuitive visualizations.
- Upgrade and expand on existing dashboards and queries, improving their consistency, speed, and reliability while integrating automated checks to surface issues proactively.
- Triage and resolve complex user issues, ensuring internal stakeholders experience stable, high‑quality tools and quick turnaround on challenges.
- Explore new internal data technologies and frameworks to evaluate their applicability and present recommendations to the broader team.
- Drive coordination across cross‑functional partners to streamline operations, advocate for necessary improvements, and support the rollout of enhancements.
- Champion data‑informed decision‑making within sales, communicating insights effectively and elevating customer perspectives to influence tool and process evolution.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative or related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience (coursework, internships, or projects) using data to solve problems and communicate insights
- Working knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python) for data analysis
- Experience querying and analyzing structured datasets, with an understanding of data quality and basic data modeling concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or practical experience in analytics, data science, product analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and working with large datasets.
- Experience leveraging APIs, modern data tools, and analytical workflows (e.g., Git, Spark, Trino).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and applying AI-driven tools in analytical work.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and business domains.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to meaningful business outcomes.
- Interest in LinkedIn's products and using data to drive impact.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $84,000 to $137,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
