En esta oportunidad nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista de planificación de personal (Workforce Planning Analyst) que estará a cargo de:
Análisis de la fuerza de trabajo y distribución de horarios.
Proponer nuevos métodos de distribución y gestión de la fuerza de trabajo.
Reportar principales indicadores de gestión, rendimiento y optimización de la fuerza de trabajo.
Qualifications
Grado universitario en Ingeniería o carreras afines.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en funciones similares.
Inglés avanzado (lectura, escritura y comunicación oral).
Excel avanzado y manejo de Power BI (actualización de dashboards, bases de datos y DAX).
