We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Platt team in Portland, OR!

Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Manages incoming calls, directs them to the appropriate departments or personnel, and handles general inquiries. Ensures the reception area is tidy and presentable, and may assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies. Provides excellent customer service and supports the smooth operation of the front desk.
What You'll Do:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously during business hours
- Accurately take and relay phone messages
- File, organize, and retrieve documents, records, and reports as needed
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Keep the reception area, front desk, windows, shelves, and tables clean, organized, and presentable when not assisting customers
- May be required to preform Counter or Warehouse duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You'll Need
- 1+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
- High School or GED - Preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to use good voice tone and to articulate clearly on the phone
- Ability to listen effectively to caller and visitor requests
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Organizational skills, including follow up skills and attention to detail
- General understanding of Microsoft Office and the Web with ability to quickly learn internal digital platforms
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Excellent attendance record required
