Junior HR Generalist

Job Description

We're looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our European HR team and support a wide range of people operations in a fast-paced, international environment. You'll report directly to the HRBP Manager for KLG Europe and work as a true generalist, getting hands-on experience across the full HR cycle.

What You'll Do

• Support end-to-end recruitment: posting roles, coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and managing communications.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees at every stage.
• Conduct exit interviews and help analyze feedback to inform people strategy.
• Manage and develop relationships with universities and academic institutions for internship programs, including drafting and maintaining internship agreements.
• Maintain and update the HR Hub (internal policy library), contributing to the creation of new policies as needed.
• Support HR data entry and administration in Workday.
• Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and internal events.
• Provide general HR support across the European team.

Qualifications

• Some experience in HR, whether through an internship, placement, or early career role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages such as French, German, or Italian are a plus).
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about people and organizations.
• Nice to have: experience with HRIS systems (Workday), recruitment tools, or a background in an international or multi-brand environment.
