Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• No experience needed, but willingness to learn! 
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
