Program Controls Analyst

ISA is seeking a detail-oriented Program Controls Analyst to support their growing organization. This role works closely with Program Management, Engineering, and Finance teams to monitor cost, schedule, and resource performance while ensuring compliance with contractual reporting requirements. Primary focus on reporting, support and analysis.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assist engineering teams and PMO staff.
- Interpret program performance data and identify key insights.
- Prepare reports via CDRLs or Earned Value requirements (Formats 1-5).
- Assist with preparing financial briefings, presentations, and status reports.
- Assist Program Managers with identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans.
- Track all elements of cost and resource allocation against program budgets and forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field.
- 5+ years of program controls, earned value management, or program finance experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proposal experience a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
- High attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
- Experience working at both large and small companies
- TS/SCI clearance preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance to be considered for this position.
