Job Description

As a Business Implementation – KYC, Agreement and Fee Set-up Officer you will:

  • You'll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding, including AML/KYC analysis, screenings, and documentation review.
  • You'll manage and complete internal databases while tracking and performing all Luxembourg regulatory filings during the onboarding phase.
  • You'll prepare, organize, and facilitate the execution of service agreements, addendums, and other onboarding documents.
  • You'll support the team with project work, research, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • You'll liaise closely with your line manager and operational teams to ensure accurate handover and continuity of client service.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the team:

  • You have legal and business acumen
  • You have relevant experience in the alternative investment fund industry as a strong asset, or related Luxembourg corporate experience
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • You have a problem‑solving, collaborative, client‑ and team‑oriented approach
  • You are structured and well organised with skills in coordination to get buy‑in from others
  • You have good inter‑personal skills and a strong command of English (any other language would be an asset)
  • You hold a university degree in Law or a related degree/experience
