ACCOUNTING TEAM
The Accounting team is crucial to our company’s success. They ensure our financial operations are accurate and compliant, managing everything from payroll to audits, and helping us navigate the path to growth.

An experienced accounting leader, you excel in overseeing financial operations, driving accuracy, and building high-performing teams. You bring strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and a passion for developing people and processes that support sustainable growth.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities
Oversee the preparation and timely submission of VAT declarations and other tax reports to the Tax Authority (VMI), ensuring full compliance
Manage and oversee the accurate calculation and administration of salaries, bonuses, and other payments across the organization
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to the State Social Insurance Fund Board (Sodra)
Supervise payment execution, bank transaction recording, and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
Coordinate and review invoice registration processes, supporting and guiding junior team members as needed
Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, providing essential financial data and ensuring timely, thorough responses to inquiries
Lead the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems, including testing, implementing, and scaling new tools and workflows
Drive the month-end close process and other key reporting periods, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained
Collaborate closely with the broader finance team to support strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
Take ownership of additional strategic initiatives and responsibilities
WHAT WE EXPECT
5+ years of professional experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Proven experience managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Strong proficiency in accounting software, ideally Microsoft 365 Business Central
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail
Experience liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders

GROSS SALARY
4500-5900 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
