Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (High-Volume Sales Focus) - Remote

We are rapidly and continuously scaling our sales organization across six states and we need a high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who refuses to wait for applicants to come to us. This is a high-volume, high-velocity role where you’ll act as a hunter—not just a screener. You will be responsible for building a perpetual, warm pipeline by sourcing talent proactively and pulling them into our CRM to cultivate relationships. Using our Phenom tech stack, you will move beyond ‘post and pray’ tactics, architecting automated engagement campaigns that nurture prospects 24/7. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will operate autonomously to ensure our aggressive hiring goals are met with speed, efficiency, and scale.

Core Responsibilities

High-Volume Sourcing Strategy

  • Build and maintain an always-on pipeline.
  • While casting a wide net to generate volume, you will use advanced sourcing techniques to ensure quality.
  • Execute high-converting email and SMS campaigns to nurture prospects and leverage our Talent Community to keep the funnel full.

Rapid-Cycle Recruitment

  • Process high volumes of applicants without sacrificing speed or candidate experience.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level sales roles autonomously.

Assessment & Funneling

  • Efficiently filter volume to identify top talent for our hiring leaders.
  • You will review one-way video interview submissions and/or conduct virtual screens to funnel quality talent to our hiring leaders for on-site behavioral interviews.
  • You are a sourcer, a process driver, and an advisor to our hiring leaders, ensuring they see only the best candidates.

Recruitment Technology Mastery

  • Act as a power user of our recruitment platform (Phenom). Utilize automation for drip campaigns, targeted outreach, and maintain pristine data to keep our high-volume engine running smoothly.

  • You have transformed our high-volume hiring into a predictable, high-performance engine.
  • Leadership receives a steady stream of highly qualified, vetted candidates ready for final interviews.
  • Our recruitment technology is fully optimized, reducing manual administrative drag.
  • You maintain a high conversion rate, ensuring we secure the best entry-level talent quickly.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting (specifically entry-level sales or field-based roles). You know how to cast a wide net without losing control of the process.
  • The ability to operate at "full stride" with minimal supervision, successfully managing multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
  • A proven track record of rapidly vetting candidates to move them through the funnel efficiently.
  • Proficiency in enterprise-level ATS/CRMs; experience executing automated campaigns (Phenom experience is highly preferred).

Work Environment & Requirements

  • This is a remote role. We provide a communications stipend to cover your phone and internet expenses.
  • Occasional travel is required to meet and collaborate in person with our hiring partners and leadership team outside of your home market.
  • To effectively support our operations, preference will be given to candidates residing within one of these major metro market geographies: St. Louis, Chicago, or Milwaukee.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
  • Please note that we do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
