We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to coordinate depositions, manage scheduling logistics, and support litigation processes while ensuring timely case progression and accurate documentation.

Work Schedule & Modality

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST

• Modality: Remote

Requirements

• B2/C1 level of English

• At least 1 year of experience working with US LAW FIRMS

• At least 6 months working with Personal Injury cases

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule depositions for attorneys, medical providers, expert witnesses, and involved parties

• Manage deposition notices, confirmations, and logistics including virtual platforms, court reporters, and interpreters

• Communicate with providers and witnesses to confirm availability, requirements, and handle rescheduling needs

• Maintain and oversee a real-time deposition calendar, preventing conflicts with hearings, trials, and attorney schedules

• Track and update all deposition-related documentation and deadlines within the case management system

• Provide administrative support for mediations, IMEs, and scheduling tasks while improving internal processes and tools
