Legal Assistant

We are committed to delivering exceptional legal services in personal injury cases and are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Client Follow-Up: Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their case. Institutional Coordination: Liaise with hospitals, police departments, insurance companies, and other relevant institutions involved in personal injury cases. Case Management: Handle a high volume of cases efficiently, ensuring each matter receives proper attention and follow-through. Task Prioritization: Organize and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance in a fast-paced environment. Therapy Scheduling: Coordinate and manage physical therapy appointments, including follow-ups with clients. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant, Intake Specialist, or in a similar role. Education: Candidates currently studying law or related fields are highly valued, provided schedules do not interfere with work commitments. Language: Advanced English (B2 or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant Background: Experience or studies in sworn/legal translation is considered a strong plus.
