π Administrative & Finance Support Specialist We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our day-to-day operations with a strong focus on bookkeeping and financial administration. In this role, you will assist leadership with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks, while helping maintain accurate financial records and tracking. Your work will be key to removing operational friction and ensuring our processes run smoothly so the team can focus on high-impact activities. πΉ Key Responsibilities Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and basic financial reporting Prepare documents, reports, and presentations Maintain organized files, records, and internal systems Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and account reconciliation Coordinate vendors and manage supply orders when needed Support leadership with scheduling and administrative tasks Help improve and streamline administrative and financial processes β
Requirements 1β3 years of experience in administrative or office support (preferably with bookkeeping exposure) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Comfortable working in fast-paced environments β Nice to Have Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or executives Familiarity with bookkeeping software, CRM, or project management tools Experience in remote or hybrid work environments
