Job Description
We are looking for an Automation / AI Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems and working with both business and technical teams. You will help identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI solutions. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to understand needs, document requirements, and support the delivery of practical, easy-to-use solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, curiosity about AI, and a collaborative mindset who wants to make a meaningful impact. You will report to the Director Service Management.
Responsibilities
- Work with teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI improvements
- Help define and evaluate use cases for automation and AI, ensuring they align with business goals
- Translate business needs into clear and simple requirements, including workflows and data needs
- Create and maintain documentation such as process maps, use cases, and data flows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support design, testing, and rollout of solutions
- Support tracking of automation initiatives and follow established governance and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
- Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projects
- Experience with technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, and system integrations
- Familiarity with AI or automation tools (such as conversational AI, intelligent agents, or low-code platforms)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working with Agile teams
