About the role
The Site Lead, Teamsports is responsible for overseeing and optimizing local site operations, ensuring alignment with regional operational goals, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. This role focuses on driving efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and executing strategic initiatives smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
On-site status.
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, motivate, and develop local operational teams to achieve performance milestones and key targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and implement strategic site improvements.
- Manage site resources, budgeting, and operational planning effectively to minimize overhead.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local site resolutions, facility management, and escalation handling.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven leadership experience within an operational, facility, or site management environment.
- Strong understanding of process optimization, resource allocation, and team development frameworks.
- Excellent organizational skills with a track record of driving operational excellence and meeting strict deadlines.
- A strong under-standing of the sports segment
- Knowledge of license management
- The ability to be agile and adaptable, responding to short-notice customer needs.

Our High Wycombe location, moved into in March 2023, is a collaborative and dynamic environment that supports our Identification Solutions, Fasteners Solutions, and Teamsports divisions and employs approximately 60 talented individuals. Here, we distribute products for the three business units - Printers, Fasteners, and Heat Transfer Labels for world-class brands such as Premier League.
