Your contribution to something big

As a Verification & Validation Project Lead, you will drive and coordinate verification and validation activities for complex ADAS projects across multiple engineering teams, locations, and technical domains. You will ensure successful project execution by balancing quality, timing, and budget while acting as the key interface between customers, project management, and development teams.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinate end-to-end V&V activities across multiple test coordinators, engineering teams, and international locations.
• Plan, monitor, and steer V&V execution to achieve project milestones within quality, budget, and timeline targets.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding V&V planning and execution.
• Identify project risks, manage complex dependencies, and proactively drive replanning activities when required.
• Provide transparent V&V status reporting to support project decision-making.
• Contribute to project reviews, technical assessments, and audits.
• Support the continuous improvement of V&V processes and project execution.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you

• Several years of experience in automotive Verification & Validation, testing, or project coordination.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple engineering disciplines, teams, and development sites.
• Ability to manage complex project dependencies and adapt plans in a dynamic development environment.
• Good understanding of automotive test processes, verification methodologies, and validation strategies.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Verification & Validation strategies.
• Experience supporting customer acquisition projects and leading V&V-related acquisition activities.
• Experience with complex multi-ECU ADAS projects.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, Automotive SPICE, or Functional Safety is an advantage.
