Job Description
Ready to shape the future of quick-commerce and grocery retail? You will join our Global Operations team, setting the gold standard for how Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) operate worldwide. This isn’t a passive role - you will champion MFCs from day zero, scaling them from empty spaces into powerhouses of operational excellence. Taking full E2E ownership of new store openings, you will turn complex processes into flawless, efficient launches that directly impact our global growth.
Activities :
Full ownership of new store launches and relocations.
Develop end to end analysis to identify opportunities to increase MFC performance.
Work on initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
Define global expansion guidelines and implement strategic projects in different markets.
Monitor and coordinate expansion plans and projects to ensure that the results are of the highest standards and within the capex budget.
Manage expansion capex (request, approval, reporting).
Own and improve the processes for assets and liscences tracking.
Qualifications
Bachelor in Engineering, Business, or any operational domain.
5+ yr of experience in fast-paced environments (operations, retail, logistics).
Excel proficiency.
Fluency in English.
Open to travel up to 50% of the time.
A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
You've got good judgment but own up to your mistakes.
You find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
You're highly agile and thrive in ambiguous environments.
You have an ambition that makes some people think you're crazy while inspiring others.
You’re an owner, you have a natural bias for action, are always pushing for things to happen, and are objective and deadline-oriented.
You’ve great communication skills, and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must.
An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
Nice to have:
SQL or Python basic knowledge
AI tools (agents, workflows, automation)
Capex management
Jira ticketing
Commercial Real Estate experience
