Rejoignez notre équipe en tant que Juriste d'entreprise (H/F) - SBS Software. 

Au sein du Legal Chapter de 74Software (plus de vingt juristes dans le monde), et plus précisément au sein de la Direction juridique de SBS Software, vous rejoindrez l’équipe Legal Business & Compliance de la zone France.

Juriste expérimenté(e), vous avez une forte pratique de la négociation commerciale et une appétence marquée pour les enjeux de conformité. Véritable business partner, vous accompagnez les équipes Sales sur ce périmètre stratégique et les General Managers de BU, en instaurant une relation de confiance avec des interlocuteurs dirigeants et en conciliant efficacement impératifs business et sécurité juridique.

Vos missions

• Participation active au Programme Conformité du Groupe 74 Software (RGPD, IA, DORA, DATA ACT, NIS2, CRA).
• Gestion des risques juridiques et contribution à l’amélioration continue de nos pratiques internes.
• Remontée d’informations clés et recommandations auprès du management.
• Accompagnement juridique des équipes opérationnelles dans leurs activités quotidiennes et stratégiques.
• Analyse, rédaction, négociation et suivi de contrats : licences, maintenance, SaaS, infogérance, partenariats, achats de toutes natures, etc.
• Veille juridique sur les évolutions impactant le secteur logiciel et les activités de SBS Software.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 (Master 2) en droit des affaires, NTIC, propriété intellectuelle ou contrats,
• 8 à 10 ans d’expériences réussies dans l’édition de logiciels ou les services numériques,
• Capacité à décider/contribuer activement aux arbitrages stratégiques, prioriser, communiquer et travailler en transversal,
• Appétence pour les sujets de conformité aux normes réglementaires applicables à notre secteur d’activité et celui de nos clients,
• Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles, sens du détail et forte rigueur,
• Maîtrise parfaite de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit,
• Goût pour la négociation, les enjeux business et l’innovation contractuelle.

As part of the 74Software Legal Chapter (more than twenty legal professionals worldwide), and more specifically within the SBS Software Legal Department, you will join the Legal Compliance & Business team for the France region.

As an experienced Legal Counsel, you have a strong background in commercial contract negotiation and a genuine interest in compliance matters. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will support Sales teams across this strategic scope as well as Business Unit General Managers, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and effectively balancing business objectives with legal risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the 74Software Group Compliance Program (GDPR, AI Act, DORA, Data Act, NIS2, CRA).
• Manage legal risks and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal practices and processes.
• Escalate key information and provide recommendations to management.
• Deliver day-to-day and strategic legal support to operational teams.
• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of contracts, including software licenses, maintenance agreements, SaaS agreements, outsourcing contracts, partnerships, procurement agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the software industry and SBS Software's activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (LL.M. or equivalent) in Business Law, IT Law, Intellectual Property Law, Contract Law, or a related field.
• 8 to 10 years of successful experience within the software industry or digital services sector.
• Ability to make decisions, contribute to strategic discussions, prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and work cross-functionally.
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance matters affecting both our industry and our customers.
• Excellent drafting skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of rigor.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for negotiation, business challenges, and contractual innovation.
