Job Description
You’ll join the Programme Management team responsible for ensuring sites and products meet our rigorous certification standards. Supporting all INFORMED programmes including Informed Sport, Informed Choice, Informed Manufacturer and more, you’ll work across sample testing, compliance tracking, manufacturer onboarding and member support.
Candidates should live within a commutable distance of Fordham (CB7) for training and on-site meetings when required.
In this role, you will:
Check and process documentation to support product and site certification
Liaise with manufacturers and LGC teams globally to monitor compliance activities
Manage blind sampling schedules and testing submissions
Maintain accurate traceability in Salesforce and shared systems
Assist with post-certification surveillance and non-compliance resolution
Support site audits and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
This role suits someone with a scientific or sport-related background who enjoys detail-oriented work, thrives in a process-driven environment, and is motivated by clean sport and supplement safety.
Essential:
A degree in sport science, nutrition, biology, food science or a related discipline
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Desirable:
Experience in quality assurance, certification, or compliance environments
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Awareness of the sports supplement industry or anti-doping initiatives

This is a full-time, permanent role.
You must be able to attend our Fordham (CB7) site daily for the first 2-3 weeks of training. After this, you'll switch to hybrid working, attending on-site meetings when required.
