Long term - Hybrid (1 day per week at a coworking space in Palermo)

### What You’ll Do

Build and ship production-ready features across backend and frontend

Develop and maintain scalable APIs and services (Node.js or Python or Java)

Exposure to frontend development with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Integrate AI tools and APIs into applications and workflows

Debug and resolve issues across the stack in a production environment

### What We’re Looking For

3-6 years of experience in full-stack development

Strong backend skills with Node.js and/or Python or Java.

Exposure to frontend development with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is considered a plus

Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system design

Exposure to AI tools, APIs, or strong interest in working with AI

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments

Good communication skills in English

### Nice to Have

Experience working with AI/LLM APIs or building AI-powered features

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)

Experience in startup or high-growth environments
