Senior SAP Manufacturing & Quality Consultant (PP-PI/QM)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SAP Manufacturing & Quality Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management, combined with hands-on experience integrating manufacturing and quality processes with MM, SD, WM/EWM, and related systems. Experience with middleware and integration technologies is highly desirable.

In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, optimize, and implement manufacturing and quality processes while ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and seamless integration across the supply chain landscape.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead workshops and gather business requirements for manufacturing and quality processes in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Configure and support SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management solutions.
• Design and optimize end-to-end processes covering production planning, process manufacturing, quality inspections, batch management, and product release.
• Drive integration design and support across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics processes.
• Support integration with MM, SD, WM/EWM, MES, LIMS, and other related systems.
• Collaborate with integration teams on middleware-based interfaces and data flows between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Participate in testing, deployment, cutover, hypercare, and validation activities.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP best practices, process harmonization, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP-PI, QM, and Batch Management.
• Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality management processes.
• Experience working in GMP-regulated environments.
• Proven experience integrating SAP Manufacturing and Quality solutions with MM, SD, WM/EWM, MES, LIMS, and Supply Chain functions.
• Experience with middleware technologies and integration frameworks.
• Experience leading workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international project teams.
• Fluent English.
