International Decor Consultant (F/M)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional International Decor Consultant to support the development and promotion of our decor range towards major international furniture sourcing companies and key customers.

This role combines design awareness, product understanding, B2B customer communication, and project-based sales support. The successful candidate will work closely with large furniture industry customers, presenting decor collections, identifying customer needs, and supporting tailor-made solutions beyond standard product ranges.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and present the company’s decor range to major international furniture sourcing companies and key B2B customers.
• Support the development of decor concepts, colour combinations, material combinations, and product presentations.
• Work with customers on project-specific requirements and solutions beyond standard collections.
• Prepare and deliver professional product and design presentations.
• Cooperate with internal sales, product management, design, and technical teams.
• Analyse customer needs, market trends, colour trends, and material trends.
• Support the adaptation of decor collections to the expectations of strategic customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Provide practical input in solving product, design, or project-related challenges.
• Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, fairs, presentations, and business trips.
• Travel regularly to meet customers and support international projects.

Qualifications
