IT Systems and Network Engineer

Job Description

The Systems and Network Engineer designs, administers, and evolves critical IT infrastructures for our clients (on-premises and Azure cloud environments). As a Level 3 expert, they ensure operational excellence, lead migration and modernization projects, and provide technical guidance and recommendations.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

• Administer and evolve Microsoft system infrastructure environments
• Ensure the operational maintenance of Azure environments: recommendations, support, and guidance for evolutions
• Manage data security and compliance using Microsoft tools (governance, information protection, compliance)
• Administer endpoint and device management using Microsoft Intune (MDM, deployment, compliance)
• Manage VMware virtualization platforms and Veeam backup solutions
• Administer Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments
• Provide Level 3 support: diagnose and resolve complex incidents
• Produce technical documentation and architecture recommendations
• Ensure the security, availability, and performance of infrastructures

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of experience and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+3/5) in IT.
• You have the following technical skills:
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure (administration, migration, governance)
• Systems: Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange
• Endpoint Management: Microsoft Intune (MDM, deployment, compliance)
• Security & Compliance: Microsoft Purview (information governance and protection)
• Virtualization & Backup: VMware, Veeam
• Collaboration: Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Service Management: ITIL approach
• You have a strong expertise in infrastructure management (monitoring, run/MCO, evolution).
• You must hold the AZ-900 and AZ-104 certifications.
• You have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to lead projects and support change.
• You are analytical, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
• You demonstrate solid technical expertise along with excellent advisory skills when working with clients.
• Professional English is required (international client environments).
