A full-time Physical Therapist position is open in Pleasant Hill, MO for a clinician who wants to treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a modern outpatient clinic.

This role gives you the opportunity to support patients through evaluation, treatment, education, and measurable progress. Patients range from 11 to 90 years old, bringing variety to the caseload and giving you the chance to work with different stages of recovery.

What You Can Expect

You will see approximately 7–15 patients per day in a clinic that handles about 160–190 patient visits per week. The team includes 2 Physical Therapists and 2 PTAs, and the clinic uses WebPT for documentation.

The clinic accepts major insurance plans, including BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna.

Salary and Schedule

Salary Range:
$65,000–$70,000 per year for new graduates
$80,000–$90,000 per year for experienced Physical Therapists

Preferred Schedule:
Four 10-hour days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week

Alternative Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate patients and identify therapy needs
• Build treatment plans around patient goals and clinical findings
• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, mobility work, balance training, and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe activity progression
• Monitor treatment response and update care plans as needed
• Complete accurate documentation in WebPT
• Partner with PTAs and other team members to support continuity of care
• Help patients improve strength, mobility, function, and confidence in movement

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills

• Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
