JV & Expansion Associate

We are seeking a JV & Expansion Associate to support our management in managing Joint Ventures, regional expansion initiatives, and strategic partnership opportunities across the GCC and other key markets.

This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong commercial acumen, exceptional Arabic and English writing skills, and experience supporting business development or expansion activities within the real estate, consulting, or related sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and maintaining the JV and expansion pipeline through Pipedrive.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive deal documentation and institutional knowledge.
• Coordinating mobilisation planning for new Joint Ventures and market entries.
• Preparing executive-level Arabic and English business correspondence and strategic documents.
• Conducting market research and preparing briefing materials to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native or near-native proficiency in written Arabic and fluent English.
• Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, consulting, or business development support is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professionals based in Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt are encouraged to apply.
