Shift Lead (m/f/d)

Job Description

• You lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting pickers and riders during your shift;
• You take ownership of productivity and safety during your shift — keeping operations tight and the team focused;
• You are hands-on, and picking, packing, and inbounding are part of your day too;
• As the right-hand of the Hub Manager, you step up in the Hub Manager’s absence and help drive the hub toward our main goal: getting orders out the door within minutes;
• Beyond leading the team, you're hands-on across all areas of the hub:
  • Safety – Ensuring that all safety and compliance criteria are met;
  • People – Coaching riders and pickers on the floor;
  • Inventory – Assisting with inbound deliveries and order picking;
  • Equipment – Checking the bike fleet and flagging any damage;
  • Hygiene – Keeping shelves, storage, and facilities clean and up to standard;
  • Onboarding – Getting new riders and pickers up to speed from day one.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working with people - you are the point of contact for the team;
• You are hands-on and love working in the operations;
• You remain calm in stressful situations, and you have the ability to motivate your team every day;
• You already have some managerial experience, preferably experience in the logistics, retail and/or catering sector;
• You are available for at least 24 hours per week;
• You are available to work evenings and weekends.

Additional Information

For this role as a Shift Lead (m/f/d), the starting remuneration is as follows: 

The base pay for this position is in accordance with the E-commerce CLA and is €15,96 - €17,14 per hour gross.
