Experience: 12–16 Years
Education: B.Tech / MCA / Computer Science Degree
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Manage project plans, risks, issues, scope changes, and impact analysis.

Lead project communication, team meetings, and stakeholder coordination.

Oversee development activities, code reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

Ensure successful releases and compliance with SDLC, quality, and security processes.

Mentor project teams, resolve technical challenges, and drive project objectives.

Enforce organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of business information.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, estimation techniques, and risk management.

Expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Struts, Servlets, EJB, WebLogic/WebSphere, HTML, JavaScript, XML, CSS.

Experience with Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, UML, OOAD, and ISO/ISMS standards.
