Job Description

Client Advisory & Portfolio Management

• Assess client risk profiles and design customized investment strategies
• Recommend products like Corporate Bonds, NCDs, G-Secs, and structured FI solutions
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing
• Share investment ideas based on market trends and yield movements

Sales & Business Development

• Grow AUM through client acquisition and relationship expansion
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations
• Collaborate with RMs and wealth teams to generate and convert leads

Research & Market Insights

• Track bond markets, credit ratings, and macroeconomic trends
• Share regular market updates with clients and internal teams
• Stay updated on new issuances and regulatory changes

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure all recommendations follow compliance guidelines
• Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
• Clearly communicate product risks to clients

Operational Support

• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth execution
• Support internal teams with product training and queries

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field
• NISM certification (preferred)
