Overview:

We are partnering with a growing law firm in West Hollywood that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its expanding team.

### Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and contribute to month-end and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Prepare and review journal entries, including accruals, adjustments, and account reclassifications.

Manage fixed asset accounting, including tracking additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation schedules.

Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.

Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to support management reporting and decision-making.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and related accounting records.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure appropriate accounting treatment and financial data accuracy.

Assist with internal and external audit processes by preparing supporting schedules, documentation, and responses to auditor requests.

Recommend and implement improvements to accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and compliance

### Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

4+ years of related accounting experience
