Position Overview


N-Power Medicine is looking for an IT Support Specialist to maintain our company’s corporate computing infrastructure and support a dynamic environment in a hybrid environment that is growing very fast. This individual will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for providing technical skills to assist employees when needed, Onboarding, and Offboarding. 

This position is remote within the United States.

Role Objectives and Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for
-Manage corporate IT systems
-Tier 1 & 2 troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to internal IT within a remote environment
-Manage applications within the organization
-Patching of laptops to stay compliant and to maintain high performance via use of Iru MDM solution
-Use of Jira ticketing system to provide support to staff
-Ensure security of data including enforcement of MFA and SSO
-Support audio/video issues using Zoom
-Inventory stock
-Additional duties and responsibilities as required

What you bring to the table
-Proven ability as an IT support specialist in a fast-paced environment
-Understanding of HIPAA regulation and policies governing PHI and PII (preferred)
-Knowledge of Google Workspace Enterprise Plus
-Excellent knowledge of technical management and of computer hardware/software systems including expert level experience with iOS and macOS Apple devices - Microsoft Windows device knowledge is also a plus
-Experience with security applications for macOS devices including Iru, Cisco Umbrella, Cortex -Cloud, VPN, and Okta SSO is a plus
-Experience with technology rollouts
-Experience with use of Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira)
-Ability to constantly and effectively manage competing priorities. Collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization to deliver awesome IT service


Education, Experience, Behavioral Competencies, & Skills

-3+ years of hands-on experience in IT is required for this position
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Experience with Atlassian, Google Workspace Enterprise Plus, Iru, Microsoft O365, Okta, macOS, Cisco Umbrella, Cortex Cloud, VPN, Palo Alto Networks StrataCloud, Cisco Meraki, and Zoom
-Prefer candidates with Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of HIPAA, PHI and PII
-Attention to detail and responsive
-Generous, Curious and Humble

Travel Requirements 

Ability to travel may be required from time to time 

Pay Information

The expected hourly range for this position is $26.77 and $35.63. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. N-Power Medicine (NPM) offers equity at hire as well as a discretionary annual bonus which may be available based on Company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits at 30+ hours/week.
