Job Description
Robert Bosch (Australia) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Undergraduate Sales and Marketing Student to join our Power Tools department on a full-time basis for 12 months commencing July 2026.
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge as an integral part of our Power Tools team. Some of the tasks that you will undertake with us include:
- Assisting the Head of Key User Solutions with projects around new business model development, and channel innovation.
- Assisting the Key User Solutions (KUS) Marketing and Commercial Manager in marketing operations in areas such as digital and print media, end user engagement, Point of Sale & merchandise, key account management and related activities.
- Assisting the Head of Key User Solutions in the monitoring and management of SAP C4C CRM program, ensuring the necessary actions and deadlines are met and regular reporting analysis.
- Assist the Sales team with tender opportunities ensuring time frames and required information are being met.
- Liaising as a team collaboratively to ensure all tasks and deadlines are achieved and performed to the required level to ensure best success of divisional goals

Qualifications
To be considered for our Student Program, you are required to meet the following criteria:
- You must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree, with at least 12 months of study remaining, and have already completed at least one year of a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related Undergraduate degree.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal including a strong focus on customer and stakeholder relationships
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks, and work effectively within a team.
- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members, while also working effectively individually
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Have a strong interest in innovation and open to opportunities to combine your studies with on-the-job learning
Desirable:
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience and skill in data analytics
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card), or willingness to obtain one. Training can be provided for successful candidates who do not already hold a White Card.
