As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support to the Power team. The duties and responsibilities include to maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations; check and prepare invoices for approval; facilitate invoice billing; perform transactional data entry into systems with a high degree of accuracy; work with corporate and divisional support on a variety of clerical related tasks; and perform other duties as assigned. The Administrative Assistant position must have strong attention to detail and always maintain confidentiality. Critical for success are the abilities to multi-task, prioritize, and project a professional image.

The anticipated salary range is $21.00 - $27.00 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated hourly base range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the individual’s skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What it takes?

  • High School dipolma or GED, 0-3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask, be organized, and prioritize work
