Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our Loenbro Team in our Casper, WY Fabrication shop. This position reports to the shop foreman and is responsible for applying paint and other types of coatings on manufactured goods and structures by using rollers, brushes, and sprayers. This job is a multi-skilled position and requires a keen eye for detail and physical dexterity.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Mix and thin paint or other coatings to specified color and consistency according to customer requests.
- Regulate controls on equipment and paint booth to cure and dry paint or other coatings.
- Operate lifting and moving devises to move materials and equipment to access areas to be painted.
- Rack work pieces on skids, inspect, mark, and transfer finished products to staging / shipping areas.
- Responsible for cleanliness of paint booth, paint guns, spraying equipment and replacement of screens and filters.
- Maintain records of paint issued and inventory of supplies on hand.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
- Previous experience as a painter in an industrial environment preferred.
- Previous experience operating material handling equipment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Preferred:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of construction safety and industry-specific onboarding processes is advantageous.

Work Environment:
- Potential exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures.
- Manufacturing, pipeline, and refining environment.
- Fit and move in confined spaces including tanks and vessels.
- Limited working surfaces.
- Exposure to noise above 85 decibels and intense odors.
- Exposure to areas with limited visibility.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
