Staff Engineer - Snowflake AI Engineer

Job Description

Role - Snowflake AI Engineer
Location - Easton, PA
Employment type - Fulltime
Work Model - Onsite (5 days a week work from office)

Job Overview:

• Design and implement AI-powered data solutions using Snowflake Cortex (LLM functions, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Document AI).
• Build natural-language and conversational analytics (text-to-SQL, self-service BI) on Snowflake.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready structures.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data (documents, text, logs) for GenAI use cases Implement semantic search, vector/RAG patterns, and AI agents within Snowflake’s governed environment.
• Use SQL and Python (Snowpark) to operationalize AI/ML workflows.
• Enforce data security, governance, RBAC, and compliance for AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with business, data, and AI teams to translate requirements into production solutions.
• Support POCs, pilots, and enterprise rollouts of Snowflake Cortex capabilities.
• Document solutions and provide guidance on responsible and secure use of GenAI within Snowflake.

Qualifications

Must have skills: 
Minimum 6 years of experience in Snowflake.
