What You'll Do

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
Deliver one-on-one, evidence-based patient care
Collaborate with an experienced clinical team to achieve exceptional outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
Maintain accurate documentation utilizing modern technology and AI-assisted tools
Participate in clinic growth initiatives and community outreach opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Active Florida Physical Therapist License (or eligible for licensure)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care

Preferred Qualifications

Outpatient orthopedic experience
Vestibular and balance rehabilitation experience
Interest in professional growth and leadership development
