Alongside our growing Configurations team, the Configuration Coordinator will work magic behind the scenes for our providers and participants, ensuring proper and timely set-up of provider data and fee schedules for timely and efficient claims processing of services rendered by our provider network.
Essential Job Duties:
- Build and maintain fee schedules, claim/billing rules, authorization rules, and other pertinent payment requirements within our claims processing system to ensure accurate processing of claims in accordance with provider agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policy
- Validate and process W9 provider tax forms.
- Configure WelbeHealth’s standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the
claims processing system
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration
- Associates Degree preferred

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.
