Warehouse Lead

Position Summary:

Responsible for handling the daily (routine) management of warehouse associates. The warehouse Lead is accountable for ensuring that the warehouse associates are maintaining the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency relating to receiving, stocking and shipping merchandise. The warehouse lead will also engage in the daily warehouse functions alongside the team. 

Accountability: Using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service, or product from prospects and customers.

Attention to Detail: Accomplishing tasks through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; maintaining a watchfulness over a period of time.
